Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing logistics network to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Develop and model optimal network designs, including facility locations, transportation routes, and inventory placement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement network changes and improvements.
- Utilize advanced planning software and analytical tools to support decision-making.
- Monitor network performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistics network design.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics network design , planning, or optimization.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in network planning software.
- Expertise in supply chain operations and transportation management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
