About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking company in AI and Emerging Technologies , is looking for a skilled Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer to join their team in Portsmouth . This critical role focuses on streamlining the development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments. You will build and manage robust, scalable MLOps pipelines, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our AI systems. Working in a dedicated, office-based setting, you will collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to operationalize AI, fostering a culture of continuous integration and deployment for cutting-edge machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
• Develop and manage infrastructure for training, deploying, and monitoring ML models.
• Automate ML workflows, including data validation, model training, and performance tracking.
• Implement tools and processes for model versioning, reproducibility, and rollback.
• Collaborate with data scientists to troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of ML systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or DevOps Engineer with an ML focus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML services.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows.
