Coordinate planned maintenance and repairs, keeping schedules and records up to date.
*
Arrange equipment servicing, testing and calibration.

*
Raise purchase requests, follow up with suppliers and coordinate incoming deliveries.
*
Support stock control for essential spare parts and consumables.

Previous administration or coordination experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, maintenance or field service.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
*
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and clear communication.
*
The ability to manage competing priorities and respond to changing schedules.
*

Experience using business management or maintenance software would be useful, particularly Syteline.
You’ll primarily work from the head office, with occasional travel between two sites approximately 1.5 miles apart, so the ability to drive is required.
