Maintenance Engineer

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire Salary: Competitive + Overtime + Benefits Afternoon Shift (1:30pm-9:30pm and Fridays 11am-4pm)

About the Role

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Technical Ceramics site in Stourport-on-Severn. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, supporting preventative maintenance activities, and helping to ensure our manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and site facilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Maintain equipment including kilns, grinders, ball mills, compressors, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and improvements.
• Assist with general facilities maintenance as required.

About You

Essential:

• Apprentice-trained engineer or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Mechanical maintenance experience with electrical qualifications to 17th Edition (desirable)
• C&G 236 Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
