About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Management Consultant specializing in Operations to join their team in Reading . This role focuses on optimizing operational processes, improving efficiency, and driving cost savings for clients. You will be responsible for analyzing current operational models, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending practical, data-driven solutions. This position requires a hands-on approach, working directly with client teams on-site to implement changes and ensure successful execution of operational improvements within the Thames Valley region.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes, supply chains, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement.
• Lead project teams in the execution of operational improvement initiatives for clients.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of new operational procedures and systems.

Requirements
