Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for efficiency gains.

• Collaborate with client teams to ensure the successful adoption of recommended operational changes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to analyse complex operational data and identify actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
