About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and inquisitive Marketing Analyst to join their team in Reading . Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and campaign platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to inform marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define measurement frameworks and ensure accurate data tracking.
- Present findings and recommendations to marketing stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
