About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join their team based in Leeds . In this critical role, you will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and reporting on marketing data to inform strategic decision-making. Your insights will guide campaign optimization, audience targeting, and overall marketing effectiveness. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong quantitative background and a passion for understanding consumer behavior through data-driven analysis, contributing significantly to the success of our client's marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and campaign performance metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team for campaign improvement and strategy development.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
Perform A/B testing and other experimental designs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar data-focused role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
