About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join their team based in Leeds . In this critical role, you will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and reporting on marketing data to inform strategic decision-making. Your insights will guide campaign optimization, audience targeting, and overall marketing effectiveness. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong quantitative background and a passion for understanding consumer behavior through data-driven analysis, contributing significantly to the success of our client's marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and campaign performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team for campaign improvement and strategy development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Perform A/B testing and other experimental designs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar data-focused role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
