About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and insightful Marketing Analyst to join their team in Sheffield . This role is critical for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies. You will be responsible for collecting and interpreting complex data from various marketing channels, identifying trends, and translating findings into clear, concise recommendations for the marketing department. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and campaign platforms.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within marketing data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Measure the ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in marketing analytics and data visualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing analysis or a related data analytics role.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
