Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software.
• Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analysis using FEA tools to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure designs are optimized for production and assembly.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and technical expertise.
• Research and recommend new materials, components, and manufacturing processes to enhance product design.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement effective solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar advanced 3D CAD software is essential.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software for simulating mechanical behavior.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication).
• Strong remote collaboration skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
