Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using industry-standard CAD software .
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, including structural, thermal, and vibration simulations, to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, electrical engineering, and manufacturing, to achieve project goals.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, such as detailed drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation processes to refine designs.
• Troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions to enhance product performance and manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and basic FEA knowledge.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing methods and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
