Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced mechanical systems and equipment for manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Manage projects related to new equipment installation, process improvements, and technology adoption.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend appropriate technologies and methodologies for manufacturing challenges.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in a mechanical engineering role, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing processes and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to design, test, and implement mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools for mechanical design and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
