Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications, adhering to strict quality and safety regulations.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis , including structural, thermal, and vibration analysis, using specialized software.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Support testing and validation activities, analyzing results and implementing design improvements as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues that arise during development or production phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in the design and analysis of aerospace components .
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
