Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications, adhering to strict quality and safety regulations.
- Perform detailed engineering analysis , including structural, thermal, and vibration analysis, using specialized software.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support testing and validation activities, analyzing results and implementing design improvements as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues that arise during development or production phases.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in the design and analysis of aerospace components .
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment , balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
