Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and non-judgmental emotional support to individuals with mental health conditions via phone, video calls, and messaging.

- Offer practical advice and support on coping strategies, well-being practices, and accessing community resources.
- Monitor client well-being and progress, escalating concerns to senior staff or appropriate services as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using designated digital case management systems.
- Facilitate virtual support groups and therapeutic activities to foster peer connection and mutual support.
Requirements
- Experience in a mental health support role or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions, recovery principles, and support strategies.
- Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills for remote interaction.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools, video conferencing, and online record-keeping systems.
