About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Remote Support Coordinator to join their growing virtual care team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage client caseloads, coordinating schedules for support workers, therapists, and other care professionals.

- Facilitate communication between clients, support staff, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure appropriate resources are allocated and services are delivered as per agreed care plans, operating fully remotely.
Requirements
- Proven experience in care coordination, client services, or a related administrative role, preferably within a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically and professionally.
