Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience working in mental health support or a related field is highly desirable.
- Understanding of mental health conditions, recovery principles, and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to show empathy and build rapport.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations, managing crises appropriately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends, as required by the service.
