You will work across a varied portfolio of commercial and public-sector properties, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdowns, fault finding, repairs, remedial works, equipment replacements and small installations.

The portfolio ranges from smaller commercial AC systems to larger, complex HVAC installations across hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment, education and other commercial environments.

This is a technically varied role, not simply routine maintenance. As the division grows, there will be opportunities to develop specialist skills and progress into senior engineering or supervisory positions.

Liaise with clients, manufacturers, suppliers and technical support teams. Update client portals and electronic job-management systems. Manage workloads across multiple sites, maintain appropriate van stock and follow health and safety procedures. Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota. Essential Requirements
