About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join their innovative Arts & Entertainment team. You will be instrumental in creating dynamic visual content that enhances storytelling and engages audiences across various media platforms. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of animation principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling motion graphics. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK and collaborate with a talented, dispersed team on cutting-edge projects that push creative boundaries in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative directors and marketing teams to understand project scope and visual requirements.
• Create storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts and sequences before full production.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage, graphics, and sound to create polished final products.
• Ensure all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and project-specific styles.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in motion graphics and animation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience with 2D animation techniques and visual effects.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
