Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute dynamic motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, website content, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with creative directors and marketing teams to understand project scope, objectives, and target audience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets in a remote work environment.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames to effectively communicate animation concepts and visual direction.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage, incorporating motion graphics, sound effects, and music to create polished final products.
• Stay current with industry trends in motion graphics, animation software, and digital media techniques to continuously innovate and improve output.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or in a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote setting.
• Experience with 3D animation software is a plus.
