About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their creative team. This role, based in Bristol , will focus on developing compelling visual content for a wide array of projects within the Arts & Entertainment sector. You will conceptualize and execute dynamic animations, title sequences, and visual effects, bringing creative ideas to life with flair and technical precision. This position emphasizes a collaborative approach, fostering a creative exchange within a team that values pushing visual boundaries, although this role may involve occasional travel for key project meetings, the primary working arrangement is remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various media.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creatives to conceptualize and develop visual styles.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Optimize motion graphics for different platforms and delivery requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in motion graphics.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative vision of the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in a remote collaborative setting , utilizing project management and file-sharing tools effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to feedback and project changes.
- A keen eye for design, color, and composition within the Arts & Entertainment context.
