Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of online education programs, from design to delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and technical teams to develop and launch new online courses.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance learner experience and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies for online learning.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management within the education sector, with a strong focus on online learning .
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles, curriculum development, and educational technology.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational platforms.
• A Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred.
