About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product catalogs, including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.
• Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with shipping partners.
• Provide timely and professional customer service via email, chat, and phone.
• Monitor website performance and identify any technical issues or bugs, escalating for resolution.
• Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and website updates.
• Generate reports on sales, website traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce administration, online store management, or a similar role.
