About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and skilled Online Course Creator to join their innovative team in Bristol . This role is responsible for designing, developing, and producing high-quality online courses that are engaging, informative, and effective. You will transform subject matter content into compelling e-learning experiences, incorporating multimedia elements and interactive activities. Working in a hybrid model, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure courses meet pedagogical standards and learner needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of e-learning principles, a flair for content creation, and a passion for making education accessible and impactful through digital mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging online courses from concept to completion.
- Write scripts, create multimedia content (video, audio, graphics), and build interactive modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Incorporate adult learning principles and effective instructional design strategies.
- Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) for course deployment.
- Review and revise course content based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online course development and content creation.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong skills in video production, graphic design, and audio editing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment is advantageous.
