This role is crucial for helping clients streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. The hybrid nature of this position allows for flexible working arrangements, combining remote work with essential on-site client engagements and team collaboration. You will analyse operational challenges, develop practical solutions, and support clients through the implementation process to achieve tangible improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
• Design and recommend optimized operational strategies and process improvements.
• Develop implementation plans and guide clients through the execution of operational changes.
• Utilise data analytics to track performance and measure the impact of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimisation methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex operational data.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with all levels of client organizations.
