About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Paid Social Media Manager to lead their paid social advertising efforts as a fully remote team member. This pivotal role involves developing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across major social platforms to drive e-commerce sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. You will be responsible for managing significant ad spend, leveraging data insights to maximize ROI, and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving landscape of social advertising. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience targeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative testing, and bid management.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) that align with campaign objectives.
• Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in paid social media advertising.

Requirements

• Proven track record (4+ years) managing substantial budgets for paid social media campaigns with demonstrable success in driving ROI.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media advertising platforms and their respective ad managers.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
• Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
