Part-Time Tunnel Customer Service Agent

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is hiring a part-time AM Customer Service role for the Mersey Tunnels, based at No 1 Mann Island. The post runs 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday, starting between 07:00 and 10:00, totalling 20 hours per week.

You will classify vehicles, process payments and guide tunnel users in a busy public-facing setting. Candidates must have cash handling experience, strong numeracy and communication skills to uphold high service standards.
