Toll Plaza Customer Experience Officer (Part-Time)

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a part-time AM tolls assistant to join our Mersey tunnels team. You will work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 15:00 and 19:00, delivering high-quality customer service at toll booths and the plaza.

Responsibilities include classifying vehicles, processing payments, and guiding customers, while maintaining cash handling accuracy and contributing to smooth traffic flow. This fixed-term position runs until 31 March 2027.
