Parts Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Parts Supervisor in Guildford on behalf of a reputable automotive dealership. This Parts Supervisor role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a busy parts department within an esteemed business committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The successful Parts Supervisor will play a key role in contributing to the ongoing success of the dealership.

Oversee daily operations of the parts department, ensuring stock levels are maintained and inventory accuracy is upheld Lead, support, and develop the parts team to deliver excellent customer service Manage stock control procedures, including regular stock audits and reconciliation Process parts orders, invoices, and deliveries accurately and efficiently Provide expert advice to customers both face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their needs and recommending solutions Work collaboratively with workshop and other internal departments to support workshop productivity and customer satisfaction Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating unresolved issues as necessaryRequirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a main dealer parts department or similar environment Proven supervisory or leadership experience Familiarity with Kerridge or equivalent dealer management systems Strong organisational and stock management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach Full UK driving licenceIf you are an experienced Parts Supervisor seeking a role within a forward-thinking company that values staff and encourages career growth, this is an ideal opportunity.
