About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid media efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven paid marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of PPC, paid social, and other performance-based advertising models, who can drive measurable ROI and contribute significantly to the company's online acquisition strategy, operating from a remote-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media advertising channels.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve CPA targets.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful paid campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and major social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
