About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Pharmaceutical Validation Engineer to join their team in Wolverhampton . This role is critical for ensuring that all manufacturing equipment, processes, and facilities meet stringent regulatory standards and perform as intended. You will develop and execute validation protocols for new and existing systems, ensuring compliance with cGMP and other relevant guidelines. This position requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and validation principles. You will work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and review validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, utilities, and processes.
- Author validation summary reports and manage deviations and change controls related to validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation strategies and project requirements.
- Perform revalidation activities as required by regulatory changes or process modifications.
- Provide technical support and training on validation principles to relevant personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in validation engineering within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations, and validation lifecycle principles.
- Experience with various pharmaceutical equipment and processes (e.g., reactors, filtration systems, cleanrooms).
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple validation projects simultaneously.
