About the Role

Our client is seeking highly skilled and experienced Commercial Fixed-Wing Pilots to join their flight operations team serving the Plymouth region. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, ensuring adherence to all flight plans, air traffic control instructions, and safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to aviation safety, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to operate effectively under varying conditions. You will be an integral part of a professional and safety-conscious flight crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Command and control of aircraft during flight operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Pre-flight planning, including weather assessment, route analysis, and aircraft performance calculations.
• Execution of flight duties in accordance with flight plans, air traffic control directives, and company procedures.
• Effective communication with crew members, air traffic control, and ground personnel.
• Monitoring aircraft systems and performance throughout the flight, making necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
• Significant flight hours experience with relevant aircraft type ratings.
• Current Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations, meteorology, and navigation.
• Strong leadership qualities, decision-making abilities, and commitment to safety in the Plymouth area.
