Reporting to: Pre-Construction Director
What you'd be doing
The successful candidate would take full ownership of tender opportunities, leading them from first-stage tender through to contract award.
The contractor operates across several sectors, including:
Commercial
Education
Healthcare Industrial
Leisure
They're looking for someone already established in a similar Pre-Construction Manager role with a main contractor, with experience in either the public or private sector.
