About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Principal Management Consultant to lead key client engagements from their office in Milton Keynes . Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a focus on leadership and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving large-scale business transformation programs.
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong business development acumen and a track record of winning new engagements.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification is essential.
