About the Role

Our client is seeking a distinguished Principal Management Consultant to spearhead critical client initiatives from their Newcastle upon Tyne office. This senior position involves shaping high-level strategies, driving large-scale change programs, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives. You will be instrumental in identifying new service offerings and expanding the client base, while mentoring a team of talented consultants. Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategic direction for complex client transformation programs.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality standards.
Develop and nurture senior client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and trusted advisor.
Lead and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
Develop thought leadership content and represent the firm at industry events.

Requirements

Extensive experience (10+ years) in Management Consultancy or strategic leadership roles.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) and a strong academic background.
Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex, and multi-disciplinary projects.
Expertise in specific industry sectors or functional areas (e.g., Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence).
Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
