Our client is looking for a seasoned and strategic Principal Management Consultant to lead critical client engagements from their Sunderland base. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major consulting projects, ensuring strategic alignment and value realization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, guiding them through complex strategic and operational challenges.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and client segments.
- Mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities within key accounts.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting , with a proven history of leadership and client impact.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one core consulting area (e.g., strategy, operations, digital transformation).
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
