Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex research programs in cancer biology and immunotherapy.
- Investigate novel therapeutic targets and mechanisms of action for oncology drugs.
- Develop and validate advanced cellular and molecular assays relevant to cancer research.
- Interpret experimental data, draw conclusions, and present findings to scientific leadership and project teams.
- Mentor and guide junior scientists, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to advance drug candidates.
- Contribute to scientific publications, patent applications, and regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- PhD in Oncology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in cancer research, with a significant focus on drug discovery and development.
- Proven track record of leadership in scientific research, evidenced by publications and project success.
- Deep understanding of tumor microenvironment, immune checkpoints, and signaling pathways in cancer.
- Expertise in various oncology research techniques, including cell-based assays, animal models, and flow cytometry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
