Key Responsibilities

• Interpret experimental data, draw conclusions, and present findings to scientific leadership and project teams.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to advance drug candidates.
• Contribute to scientific publications, patent applications, and regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• PhD in Oncology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in cancer research, with a significant focus on drug discovery and development.
• Proven track record of leadership in scientific research, evidenced by publications and project success.
• Deep understanding of tumor microenvironment, immune checkpoints, and signaling pathways in cancer.
• Expertise in various oncology research techniques, including cell-based assays, animal models, and flow cytometry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
