Key Responsibilities
- Analyse manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimisation , focusing on yield, throughput, and cost reduction.
- Utilise data analytics and statistical tools to monitor process performance and identify trends.
- Design and manage pilot studies for process improvements and new technologies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to operational staff on new processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a proven track record in manufacturing optimisation .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency in statistical software and process modelling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in remote collaboration .
