About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute special engineering projects focused on process improvement and new technology development.
- Conduct research, design, and development activities for novel chemical processes and equipment.
- Perform process simulations, calculations, and feasibility studies for project initiatives.
- Develop project scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues encountered during project implementation.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, with a demonstrated track record in project execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to engineering challenges.
- Familiarity with process simulation tools and data analysis techniques.
- Experience in R&D or new product/process development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
