Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.

- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization and problem-solving initiatives.
- Collect and analyze operational data to track performance against key metrics and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to implement changes effectively.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on new processes and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a process improvement or industrial engineering role.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Experience with process mapping tools and statistical analysis software is advantageous.
