Process Improvement Specialist - Remote Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma roles.
• Proven experience implementing lean manufacturing techniques and driving significant operational gains.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
