Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Research & Development projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a focus on Research & Development or innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of R&D processes, scientific methodologies, and technology development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with necessary on-site collaboration.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques relevant to R&D.
