Property Acquisitions Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Property Acquisitions Manager to lead their expansion efforts in Bristol and surrounding regions. This role is critical in identifying, negotiating, and securing new properties for our diverse portfolio, including commercial, residential, and development sites. You will be responsible for driving the acquisition strategy, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful and profitable property deals. This is an office-based role requiring a dedicated presence within the Bristol team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities that align with the company's investment strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and site investigations.
• Lead negotiations on purchase terms, pricing, and conditions for property acquisitions.
• Manage the entire acquisition process from initial contact through to completion, ensuring timely execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, developers, and legal advisors.
• Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and reports for senior management and investment committees.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in property acquisition , corporate real estate, or development.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring a variety of property types.
• Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and deal structuring skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK property market and legal frameworks related to property transactions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
