About the Role

Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Acquisitions Specialist to join their expanding team in Bristol . This role is central to identifying, evaluating, and securing attractive investment opportunities across various property sectors. You will conduct in-depth market analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence, playing a key role in strategic decision-making for the company's property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in property acquisition, strong negotiation skills, and a keen eye for investment potential, driving the continued success and growth of our client's real estate ventures in the South West and nationally from their Bristol base.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and evaluate potential property acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's investment strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including discounted cash flow modelling and pro-forma statements.
• Perform detailed due diligence, covering legal, financial, and physical aspects of potential acquisitions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for property purchases, securing favourable deal structures.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and present them to the Investment Committee.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, vendors, and other market participants.

Requirements

• Proven track record in property acquisition , investment, or development, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market dynamics, and valuation methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessment.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.
• Proficiency in financial modelling software and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent presentation skills.
