About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Property Development Manager to lead significant development projects in and around Bristol . This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle, from site acquisition and planning permission to construction and project completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery. This is a challenging and rewarding position for a seasoned professional looking to make a substantial impact on the built environment in the vibrant Bristol region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire development process for residential and commercial property projects.
- Identify and acquire suitable development sites, conducting feasibility studies and due diligence.
- Manage the planning application process, liaising with local authorities and consultants.
- Appoint and manage contractors, consultants, and other project teams.
- Control project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Significant experience in property development project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction, planning regulations, and development finance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with the Bristol development landscape and market dynamics.
