About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a seasoned Property Development Manager to join their growing team in Liverpool . This pivotal role will involve overseeing the entire lifecycle of property development projects, from initial feasibility studies and acquisition through to planning, construction, and final sale or letting. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of property development projects, including site assessment, acquisition, and planning.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial viability and profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities throughout the development process.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage marketing and sales/leasing efforts for completed developments.
- Identify and assess new development opportunities within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in property development project management.
- Strong understanding of planning regulations, building codes, and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with the Liverpool property market is advantageous.
