About the Role

Our client, a prestigious property investment group based in Oxford , is looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of commercial and residential assets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for the property portfolio.

• Manage leasing activities, tenant relations, and lease negotiations to maximize occupancy and rental income.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in property portfolio management or asset management within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property markets, particularly in the UK .
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and investment appraisal.
• Proven ability in strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
