About the Role
Our client, a prestigious property investment group based in Oxford , is looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of commercial and residential assets. This senior role involves strategic asset management, financial performance optimization, and ensuring the long-term value and profitability of the properties. You will work closely with acquisition, leasing, and finance teams to implement effective management strategies. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, allowing for a dynamic work-life balance while contributing to the success of prime real estate investments in the Oxfordshire region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for the property portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting for all managed properties.
- Manage leasing activities, tenant relations, and lease negotiations to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Coordinate with property managers, maintenance staff, and external consultants on operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in property portfolio management or asset management within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential property markets, particularly in the UK .
- Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and investment appraisal.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in property management software and data analysis tools.
