Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the efficient management and performance enhancement of the entire property portfolio.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and capital expenditures.
- Manage tenant relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels, efficient rent collection, and prompt resolution of issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the property management team, fostering a culture of high performance and excellent service.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, budgets, and performance analyses to senior management regarding the Stoke-on-Trent portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health and safety, and environmental regulations pertaining to property management.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in property portfolio management, preferably within the residential sector.
- Strong understanding of the property market in Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Proficiency in property management software and strong IT skills.
