About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimise a diverse portfolio of properties in the Bristol region. This strategic role involves managing all aspects of property performance, from financial oversight and tenant relations to maintenance coordination and asset enhancement. You will be instrumental in maximizing returns and ensuring the long-term value of the portfolio through proactive management and insightful decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property investment principles and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the value and profitability of the property portfolio.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, expense management, and reporting.
Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and ensure high occupancy rates.
Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations, health and safety standards.
Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for portfolio growth or optimisation in Bristol .

Requirements

Proven experience in property portfolio management or a senior asset management role.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
In-depth knowledge of the UK property market and real estate investment principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing a team of property professionals.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
