Quality & Compliance Lead

Compliance Lead - circa £35k - (flexible for exceptional candidates). Hybrid working. Are you an experienced quality or compliance professional looking for a role where you can take real ownership? Fireco, a leader in fire safety, is looking for a Compliance Lead to look after quality, risk and compliance across the business, making sure our standards and procedures are consistently met. What you’ll be doing * Managing our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management system, and leading our internal and external audits. * Looking at errors, customer feedback and supplier performance to identify trends, and working with the relevant teams to put improvements in place. * Maintaining our company risk assessments and supporting colleagues with their own. * Working with our in-house Production & Engineering teams to ensure quality at every stage of the process. * Obtaining accurate compliance information, documentation and declarations from External suppliers. * Handling quality and compliance queries from colleagues, customers and auditors. * Making sure our company vehicles are legally compliant, insured and well maintained.

About you

You’ll have several years’ proven experience in a quality or compliance role, including preparing for & managing audits. You’re well organised, comfortable with detail, and good at building working relationships with people across a business. Why Fireco?
