About the Role

Our client is searching for a visionary and results-driven Real Estate Development Manager to spearhead diverse development projects, operating remotely. This senior position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies through to design, construction, and final sale or lease. You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, securing planning permissions, managing budgets, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate development sites and opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial viability assessments.
• Manage the planning application process and liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee project design, construction, and contract administration.
• Secure project financing and manage development budgets effectively.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in real estate development , managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of planning regulations, construction processes, and contract law.
• Excellent financial modeling, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to secure planning permissions and manage complex projects.
• Experience working autonomously in a remote capacity, demonstrating excellent self-management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning).
